Abstract EN

The purpose of this study was to define the effect of Human Resource Management (HRM) Strategy on the competitive advantage achieving of the Jordanian banker section from the viewpoint of its personnel.

A questionnaire of 47 questions is designed and administered among 330 personnel (=50% of the informants).

The results reveal that the personnel's evaluation is positive.

The same applies to (HRM) Strategy of all its dimensions respectively, (Staffing Strategy.

Compensation Strategy and Training&Development Strategy).

Statistically speaking, there is a positive relationship (a = 0.05 or less) between all the dimensions above and the competitive advantage achieving.

Furthermore.

Depending on these conclusions, which the study reached, a number of recommendations were presented with these conclusions the most important is the necessary of reviewing the (HRM) Strategy to reinforce its positive aspects and treat its negative aspects and also seeking to know the employees' training needs and to design appropriate training programs.
