Based on theoretical trends in building security concept popped up many discussions and analysis on the role of international standards in cognitive and methodological frameworks rework of process industry security policy, through this study we will try to address the various international actors and determinants in the development of Algerian security doctrine, and measuring the adaptation of Algeria's experience with the reality of contemporary transformations, through the extrapolation of various strategies and methods adopted by Algeria in maintaining the national security situation and achieve stability in the Sahel.
