This explains why it is not required in inspecting public places since it does not touches any one.

Finally, the grading of the required shape in inspections of people and houses according to the sufficient evidence for both, can originates or establishes the base for the rule for inspecting people and houses that the inspection of houses permits the inspection of people in these houses without a permission for inspecting them considering that the permission for inspecting houses including the people in these houses but, the opposite is incorrect.
