Abstract EN

This study discusses the question of investigation with the accused and the procedures of trial before the International Criminal Court, which is a significant subject that has an impact on individuals, states and litigants before the court.

Ensuring justice requires the implementation of court proceedings in a way that meets the highest standards stipulated in international law and conventions.

This research is divided into three primary sections.

The first section deals with the definition of investigation, trial procedures and the formation of the international criminal court.

The second draws on the procedures of investigation and proceedings before the district attorney and court.

The third section covers the rights of the accused party that is being prosecuted before the international criminal court.

The study also included comparisons with several criminal procedural legislations in some countries.
