Abstract EN

The present study is meant to identify the formal reasons for rejecting the administrative lawsuit issued by the administrative courts of the Board of Grievances in Saudi Arabia.

This will be carried out based on the new structure of the Board of Grievances and its subsequent legal effects.

The current study highlights the transformation of the branches of the Board of Grievances into administrative courts.

This change has placed various divisions with their judges and assistants out of the Board of Grievances’ Jurisdiction.

Besides, the jurisdiction of quasi-judicial committees has been transferred to the public courts.

It should be noted, above all, that Saudi Arabia is a dual judicial system with several administrative committees that have legal jurisdictions.

Therefore, by the recognition of which jurisdiction applies, specifying and formulating the formal reasons for the refusal of the administrative lawsuits becomes greatly significant.
