Abstract EN
Terrorism must be defined as a crime against humanity, apart from addressing religious motives for a clear and simple reason.
All scriptural religions cannot contain a rabbinical order to commit a human crime by man against his fellow man.
It came before interpretation and falsification by the evil human beings All of them order man to love and help his fellow man even in cases of aggression and war, where religions have laid down humanitarian conditions to regulate the rules of war and war, all of which provide for legitimate defense and accept peace that achieves peace at the earliest opportunity.
In this context, we emphasize the necessity of adhering to the general framework for the definition of terrorism, which is the framework of crime against humanity, without delving into psychological, religious, and political definitions that would keep us from the right path to deal with this dangerous phenomenon
