Abstract EN

family is the first environment in which man grows and through which he learns the first rules and principles.

The family has the responsibility to pass on its moral heritage that regulates the lives of individuals whether it is a sexual identity or a social role, but the inevitability of social change makes these elements (sexual identity and social role) relatively stable relative to career change.

Transition generation is considered more vulnerable to problematic of gender professional crossing, because this crossing is lived by generation transition in an emotional and intellectual paradox; between the original images of occupations and among the new images across to the opposite sex.

Through this paper we will try to answer the problematic lived by members of transition generation during social change through professional crossing of gender phenomenon
