Abstract EN

The present study aims to identify the training experience of female students with learning disability in the secondary stage.

This qualitative study was followed by the design of the personal experience of the individuals.

The study included two teachers who were chosen intentionally as experienced teachers for at least five years in teaching students with disability.

The data collection tools in the semi-structured interview were in addition to the analysis of some documents related to the training programs of the General Administration for Training and Scholarship in Riyadh.

The results showed that the training experience of female students with learning disabilities was negative in its entirety.

This experience was formed from four themes: teachers' reactions to their training experiences, organizational and administrative procedures for training programs, limited effectiveness of training courses in secondary learning difficulties programs, and their suggestions in the development of training programs.
