Abstract EN

This study aims at demonstrating the most vital elements of the international liability for the ecological damages, since the international liability is the general framework of the International Law, which is the result of legal offences against environment.

The international liability also must impose sanctions on everyone infringes his environmental commitments.

In the light of this topic, the basis of international liability for the ecological damages are also addressed, either the concepts are modern or traditional, the aim is to impose sanctions on the noncompliant with the International Law provisions of environment.
