As a "New and Cross-Border danger" in human societies, imposed by the nature of its contemporary and relying on informatics and globalization, Transnational Organized Crime must be dealt with a great caution and seriousness, which can’t be achieved without an effective modern international cooperation, especially the efforts of Interpol since its establishment in 1923 to achieve what it calls "A safer world”.
