The mobile phone service industry in Algeria has had competition from the oligopoly, all organization in the industry seeks to applement a variety of strategies to compete with competitors and gain a strong competitive position in the market, is the cost leadership strategy, the strategy of discrimination,the strategy of focus and the interrelated diversification as a competitive strategic choice, industry_based organization have adopted these integrated strategies, wich are essentially customer satisfaction, and the success of each strategy allows them to provide a range of products and services to stay competitive, grow and compete in the market, these institution have also adopted interdependent diversification as a strategic option as a result of interdependence in their services in terms of raw materials used, technology used, network quality, distribution channels, with the aim of strengthening the policies of creativity, innovation and continuous renewal and improving its technical and commercial services, these strategies are the most important competitive strategies adopted by the institutions operating in the industry, wich explain their competitive movement to face the competition and superiority over competitors and improve the performance of its services.
