Given the recent emergence of Islamic banks, they are considered to be more exposed to risk than conventional banks, especially conventional ones, which have been known to the banking business since ancient times, such as: capital risk, market risk, credit risk, liquidity risk, etc.

Since Islamic banks are based on Shariah principles, they avoid risk management through products and methods of interest, such as financial engineering, etc., which traditional banks rely on to manage their risks.

Therefore, we will try through this research to address the most important methods and tools used by Islamic banks in the measurement and management of traditional risks to which they are exposed.
