The provisions of the multiplicity of those responsible for the malicious act consist in the perpetration of this act by the victim and the defendant together, before the victim and others, or by the defendant, the third party and the victim .

The provisions of the multiplicity of officials in compensation for a harmful act are : To compel those responsible for the harmful act, to compensate the injured person according to their share in the events of the injury, or to compel them to pay compensation equally or to receive compensation in solidarity and Interd pendence.

We have reached the conclusion that the Jordanian legislator dealt with the law of the multiplicity of those responsible for the harmful act in article 265 of the Civil Code, and did not make the text responsible for the harmful act responsible for solidarity and Interd pendence in the face of the victim of the law, as did the Egyptian legislator .

Therefore, the text of article 265 of the Jordanian Civil Code must be reviewed by stipulating the solidarity and Interd pendence of those responsible for the harmful act in the same manner as the Egyptian law and other laws that provide for solidarity at the outset .
