Abstract EN

The study is aimed to identify the impact of strategic orientations on crisis management in commercial Jordanian banks, and to identify the role of organizational intelligence in improving that impact.

in order to achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive analytical method was adopted and a questionnaire was designed and distributed to the sample members of the sample composed of individuals working in the senior and middle management levels of the commercial Jordanian banks, which among (13) banks.

the number of questionnaires distributed was (383), while the number of questionnaires recovered and valid for the analysis was (315) questionnaires.

the main results of the study showed a significant effect on the strategic orientations in terms of their dimensions on crisis management in terms of their combined dimensions in commercial Jordanian banks, the study also found that organizational intelligence improves the impact of strategic orientations in their dimensions on crises management in their combined dimensions in commercial Jordanian banks.
