Abstract EN

The problem of the study was the need to know the educational and technical standards necessary to evaluate the quality of e-books produced by learners in the view of the international standards of evaluation, and to help researchers' preparation of an interactive ebooks according to clear and specific evaluation criteria.

An interactive e-book evaluation, based on educational and technical standards of the rubric type, was finalized in its final form.

It was made up of 7 evaluation criteria (Goals, Content, Support & Guidance, Cover, Book pages, Multimedia, and Interaction), from which 26 indicators emerged to evaluate the interactive e-book
