in the light of the Islamic perspective, as a solution .

The level of the procedural plan for the application of the solution: In regard to the recruitment of elements of the education system in terms of teaching and bureaucratic systems non separated from the political, social and cultural perspective in the light of Islamic feature of the education system and building stages of the reform plan of the phase of preparation, adoption and application.
