The new means of the communication on which include face book, twitter and the others have made the way of covering the information in a rapid and large way to touch a great number of the population easier than traditional ways used to be.

Today the explosion of information and the new means of telecommunication atdistance have touched larger areas and made the citizens aware of most key problems that affect their lives.

Through these means citizens are invited to take a positive role and act as important elements in the most important decisions their governments take but still the ancient means of communication on are so important, soit would be of an importance to join both to achieve the target objectives.

New interactive means give a chance to every one to participate in important points that are directly linked to their interest and what should be done to solve such or such problem through listening to the others points of view, many people get a better idea to such or such problem.

as the proverb says two heads are better than one.

Politicians are no more the only makers of important decisions, but they are one element because the fourth power presented in the media and the citizens are the other elements.

using the new technology spread a real positive awareness of most population in the Arab world, towards the different subject that changed the world’s map.
