Abstract EN

This paper aims at surveying corporate governance codes in the USA, and Japan as the best application on one hand and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the other.

The researcher depends on the theoretical study to achieve the research objective.

According to the results of this paper, there are some differences related to corporate governance codes between Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, USA, and Japan.

Thus, it is necessary to introduce an integrated approach for governance in Saudi Arabia in order to help Saudi Corporations in achieving their targets.
