This study aimed show the extent of attention given by the firms to the value of intellectual capital, which is an essential resource nowadays, because it is another form of capital, and it must be managed in a good manner to develop and maintain it by the use of management methods of management by objectives, management by delegation and meetings management.

the findings of this study suggest that the interest in intellectual capital and its management has a positive impact on gaining competitive advantage in the preservation and development because it is the real capital in the present and future.
