rogram of the practical application of fourth-grade students of the scientific sections (math, computers and physics) in the college of Education / University of Al- Mustansiriya.

To achieve the objectives of the research the researcher used the descriptive approach in his research and prepared a questionnaire to collect information from students included five axes: "The functional role of the practical education program in the field application for students of teachers" contains (5) items, "the functional role of students, teachers in the exercise of the main tasks of the teaching process during field application period contains (6) items, the functional role of the field training center in effective communication in schools during field application, which contains (5) items.

The functional role of field training in the development of problem-solving skills and decision-making for the student teachers in science," and contains (18) and "functional role of education process in he development of the ethics of the teaching profession to the student teachers" and contains (11) items.

To illustrate the reality of used tool, display at committee of experts and arbitrators, the stability of the tool has been used method (Cronbach alpha) but research community include 210 students by 68 in the Department of Mathematics, Department of Computer 85, 57 Department of Physics.

Sample of students selected randomly, and it numbered (158) of the scientific specialization (math, computers and physics) The ratio of 75% of the total number of students.

The (Cronbach alpha) coefficient was used to calculate the validity coefficient and the selection (T) to the differences among the un-linked means, and the calculation mean and standard deviation, after the questionnaire distribution on the sample and collection the data and analysis statistically the result showed that the students of teachers have agreed on the importance of the five axes, although the differences of importance, we find that "Functional role of education process in the development of belonging education to student teachers) at the first level, and came in second (the functional role of students teachers in the main tasks of the training process during application), when the axis (the functional role of the program of practical education in the application field of the student teachers) in third place, and this shows the importance of the functional role of the educational process for the promote the educational process and student teachers to improve the process of teaching.

At the last two ranks the fourth and fifth with a mean (3.09) (3.05) (the functional role of field training in the development of problem-solving skills and decision-making to teachers of science), "the functional role of the Centre training in effective communication between the Centre and schools during the application." There were means even biggest than normal value (2.5) but you need to pause and study to enhance the role played by the training center and emphasizes the need for student teachers to pursue continuous and held intensive meetings to hear their grievances and difficulties facing them Under light of these results of the research a number of recommendations and proposals are formulated to treat weaknesses in the program of practical application
