The digital revolution has increased the importance of human capital with its innovative capabilities and new generation creation.

This study is concerned with the mechanisms of human capital formation.

The study will be divided into two axes and using the analytical descriptive approach.

The first axis deals with the fundamentals of the digital economy by presenting its concept, its characteristics and the characteristics of the required human capital.

The second one presents the building mechanisms of human capital.

The study revealed the importance of: science fiction as a curriculum, continuous learning and training in human capital formation that responds to the requirements of digital economy.

The study concludes with a number of proposals on the subject.
