Abstract EN

This study highlights the historical dimension of the political globalization phenomenon along with the different fields which are affected by this phenomenon, clarifying the negative effects it produces on the human resources, as long as a few positive effects from which we can benefit, in case of dealing carefully from the globalization phenomenon.

Finally, suggesting the requested politics to deal with this phenomenon in a way to avoid negative effects.

After analyzing and interpreting, the result paper concludes the globalization has big effects on the human resources, by effecting the upbringing and the development of these resources through reducing the spending on the public services such as education and health sectors, also by reducing wages, in addition to, weakening the trade union, which defends these resources’ rights.

Globalization, also, leads to the necessity of taking care of the human resources’ rehabilitation, in the convenient way that suits the knowledge and communication revolution, in which most of the skills and knowledge, owned by the human resources don’t fit the globalization requirements.

Consequently, Globalization caries some of the benefits from which we can take advantage.
