Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the reality of practice of management by walking around in its dimensions ( time management, motivation, communication ,creativity , decision making , human relations ) by deans college of Shaqra University from the point of view of departments heads .

Descriptive analytical method was adopted.

In addition, a questionnaire was applied to a sample of heads of departments in the faculties of Shakra University, numbering (47) head of department (29) males and (18) female.

The study reached a number of results, including the following: The degree of practice of management by walking around in its dimensions ( time management, motivation, communication ,creativity , decision making , human relations ) by deans college of Shaqra University from the point were generally high .As well as the absence of statistically significant differences between the responses of the study participants on the reality of practice of management by walking around by deans of the faculties due to the difference in sample type and scientific degree
