Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the level of efficiency of Queen Rania Al Abdullah Award for Distinguished Principals in education directorates in the capital Amman from the point of view of public schools principals.

To achieve this goal a questionnaire has been developed consists of (20) paragraph.

The study population consists of all (838) principals in the capital Amman, while the study sample consisted of (260) principals.

It has also been used means, standard deviation, and one-way analysis of variance to answer the study question.

The result of the study showed that the level of efficiency of Queen Rania Al Abdullah Award for Distinguished Principals in education directorates in the capital Amman was moderate from their point of view.

The study recommended that the Queen Rania Al Abdullah society should include the award for newly assigned principals.

In addition, years of experience would not affect the involving of the principal in the award.
