Abstract EN

The aim of this research is to understand the role of the dimensions of strategic pioneering in reinforcing the organizational memory through using the descriptive analytical methodology.

In order to achieve the goals of the research, the two researchers used surveys as a tool to collect data.

The survey was administered on a sample of (39) employees.

The research concluded a number of results, the most important among which is: the arithmetic mean of all the parts of the dimensions of strategic pioneering and the organizational memory equals (85.6% and 86.82%) respectively.

The results also showed a positive relationship with statistical connotation between the dimensions of the strategic pioneering and the organizational memory and demonstrated that the variables affecting the organizational memory are: the pioneering leadership, resources that are strategically managed and that 77% of the change in the organizational memory goes back to the change in the strategic pioneering.
