The research is titled “The Role of e-Management in Improving Job Performance of the Employees of Governmental Institutions in Qalqilya Governorate”.

The study aimed at exploring the current position of e-management in the governmental institutions in Qalqilya province and its direct effect on job performance.

The study investigated the role of gender, academic qualification, years of experience and job title variables in the role of e-management in improving work performance of the employees of the governmental institutions in Qalqilya province.

The importance of this study lies in the sincerity, vitality and its scarcity in research as well as in studies of e-management, as it is a new and vital concept emerged as a result of changes and developments in the world in the field of technology and electronics.

The researcher has adopted the analytic approach, designed a questionnaire in addition to literature review and related studies.

Study population consisted of the employees in the governmental institutions in Qalqilya province its number (350), the random sample of the study consists of (190) employees in Qalqilya district in the year 2019.

The study came up with several recommendations including the importance of the adoption of e-management in the governmental institutions due to its importance in improving performance quality and enhancing administrative performance, in addition to the necessity to provide the financial and material aids that support the e-management environment in the governmental institutions, and giving priorities for updating management systems and their related instructions to ensure the implementation of the concepts of e-management.

The importance of creating legal implications that works in accordance with the implications of e-management.

The transmission to e-learning has to be adopted gradually along with an evaluation and follow up system and measuring criteria to guarantee the quality of transformation, facing challenges and working out possible shortcomings.
