Abstract EN

This study aims at identifying the concept of e-Government, its requirements and objectives, and the difficulties facing its application, as well as the extent of the auditors' awareness and satisfaction with the services provided by the e-Government in the Department of Land and Survey.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the analytical descriptive approach was based on the design of a tool distributed to a random sample of (85) visitors of the Department of Lands and Surveying in (Khalda and Sweileh).

The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: 1- There is a high level of awareness and awareness among the reviewers of the importance of electronic services provided by the Department of Land and Survey.

2- There is a moderate level of satisfaction of the reviewers for e-government services provided by the Department of Land and Survey.

The study recommended the following: 1- Attention to the human element as a tool that contributes to the implementation of e-government programs and services.

2- Develop quality guidance programs and educate citizens and employees in the concept of egovernment and its importance with the need to work to promote the citizens and the pursuit of technical literacy
