Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of human resources strategic management in achieving the vision and mission of Jordanian universities as perceived by academic and administrative leaders.

The sample of the study consisted of (600) academic and administrative leaders at Jordanian universities.

The findings of the study showed that the means of the role ranged between (2.64- 2.75) within an average evaluation degree; as the domain of executing the strategy came in the first rank with the highest means totaling (2.75) within an average degree, while, forming the strategy domain came in the last rank with a mean of (2.64) in an average evaluation degree.

Based on the findings the researcher presented the suggested proposal as well as recommendations.
