Abstract EN

In this study, which is referred to as "critique of the transgression in poetry during the times of Andalusi kings", the researcher examined the root causes to why this type of poetry, which led to bad consequences in most cases due to the presence of unjust authoritarian rulers, manifested during that era.

The researcher also studied the impact of this type of poetry in relation to political affairs at that time.

In addition, the fate of these poets was looked into in this research which usually ended up in homicide, imprisonment, or exile.

The researcher followed a descriptive and inductive methodology in analyzing the poetic texts by analyzing poets that showed and criticised rulers and their injustice.

This study covered all the kingdoms in the times of Andalusi era which are: Alwollah period (92- 138 hijri), AlAmaowia period (138- 422 hijri), period of mlook altwaief (422-484 hijri), Almorabteen period (484-541 hijri), the era of of Mowahdeen state (541-635), the period of the state of Bni Alahmar (635-897 hijri).
