Abstract EN

This study presents a critical analysis of Al-Amidl’s view that the sincere non-Muslim is not excused in the hereafter based on two points: First, classifying the definition of Kufr (Infidelity) into two categories: First, the apparent acceptance of Islam, and this is related only to earthly duties.

Second.

al-Juhud (Disbelief out of rejection) which is related to the fate in the hereafter.

The second point is to interpret the verses that are revealed to condemn the non-Muslims to be related to Kafir Mu’anid (Adversary unbeliever) for two reasons: First, adopting al-Tahsm wal-TaqbTh al- ‘AqlT(The human mind’s unaided qualification of tilings as good or bad) in addition to the verses excusing the helpless.

Secondly, to understand these verses in accordance to the context at that time that Jews and Christians necessarily knew liis prophethood.

and thus they are considered as Kafir Mu’'anid.
