Abstract EN

The purpose of this research is to examine the provisions of the domestic labor contract according to the regulation of domestic labor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through the comparative analytical methodology.

The study is classified into two main sections: the first analyzes the contract of domestic labor, and the second presents the rights and obligations of domestic workers.

The first section concluded with the definition of the contract of domestic labor, the definition of the parties hi the contract, who are the employer and the domestic employee, and the characteristics of the contract.

The second section showed the lack of some of the rights of domestic workers in the regulation of domestic workers through the comparative analytical methodology with other statutes under study.
