Arabic Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في ماهية الحقوق السياسية للمرأة الاردنية و كيفية تطورها و نشأتها، و بيان موقف كل من التشريع الاردني و الشريعة الاسلامية من الحقوق السياسية للمرأة، و توضيح مدى الانسجام بينهما حول منح المرأة لحقوقها السياسية و التي شملت حق الانتخاب، حق الترشح، الحق في حرية التعبير، حق تولي المناصب العامة في الدولة بالاضافة الى الاشتراك في تأسيس الاحزاب السياسية و الانضمام اليها.
و قد توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج كان من اهمها جاء الدستور الاردني متفق و أحكام الشريعة الاسلامية في تحقيق المساواة بين الرجل و المرأة من حيث الحقوق و الواجبات و منها الحقوق السياسية، كما و منح الاردن المرأة حقوقها السياسية و ساهمت القوانين و الانظمة و التعديلات التي جرت على قانون الانتخاب 1974 و تفعيل الكوتا النسائية و غيرها من القوانين الى تعزيز دور المرأة و مشاركتها الملحوظة في العمل السياسي و تمثيلها للمجتمع، و تعتبر مشاركة المرأة في الانتخابات البلدية و اللامركزية أكثر انصافا منها من الانتخابات النيابية، حيث حددت نسبة لا تقل عن ( 25% ) من مقاعد المجلس للمرأة اضافة الى التنافس الحر مع الرجال على المقاعد الأخرى مما ساهم في إبراز أهمية المرأة و دورها في تقدم المجتمع و النهوض به، بينما حدد البرلمان ( 15 ) مقعدا للمرأة ضمن الكوتا بالاضافة الى التنافس الحر.
و قد أوصت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات كان من أهمها تعزيز المرأة الاردنية من خلال تركيز وسائل الاعلام المتنوعة على زيادة الوعي حول حقوق المرأة السياسية و تقدين الاعلانات التي تظهر الشكل التقليدي للمرأة اجراء دراسات مسحية حول الانجاز الفعلي للمرأة الاردنية بما يتوافق مع التشريع الاردني و الشريعة الاسلامية، و اتخاذ المزيد من القرارات السياسية التي تدعم حقوق المرأة في الاردن من منظور قانوني و شرعي.
English Abstract
This study aimed to seek the political rights of Jordanian women and how they develop and grow, and to clarify the position of both Jordanian legislation and Islamic law regarding the political rights of women, and to clarify the extent of harmony between them about granting women their political rights, which included the right to vote, the right to nominate, the right to freedom of opinion and expression , the right to hold public positions in the country in addition to participate in founding and joining political parties.
The study reached a set of results, the most important of which was The Jordanian constitution came in conformity with the provisions of Islamic Sharia in achieving equality between men and women in terms of rights and duties, including political rights, Jordan also granted women their political rights and the law, regulations and amendments that contributed it took place on the 1974 election law and activating the women's quota and other laws to enhance the role of women and their noticeable participation in political work and their representation of society, and women's participation in municipal and decentralized elections is more equitable than elections the parliamentary, which identified as the percentage of not less than (25%) of the council seats for women in addition to the free competition with men on other seats, which contributed to highlighting the importance of women and their role in the progress of society and the advancement of it, while the parliament identified only (15) seats to women within the quota in addition to the free competition.
The researcher recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which was strengthening Jordanian women by focusing various media outlets on raising awareness about women's political rights and codifying advertisements that show the traditional form of women, conducting surveys on the actual achievement of Jordanian women in line with Jordanian legislation and Islamic law, and taking More political decisions that support women's rights in Jordan from a legal and religion perspective.
