English Abstract

The study also dealt with the diplomatic immunity of the diplomatic envoy in Jordanian legislation.

The study also revealed the nature of the criminal immunity of the diplomatic envoy.

The study concluded with a set of results And recommendations.

The study concluded that the Jordanian judiciary followed the provisions of the Jordanian Penal Code and before it the Vienna Agreement on Diplomatic Relations of 1961.

The Jordanian Judiciary in its specific decisions in this regard due to the sensitivity of the subject.

It also adopted the doctrine which grants the immunity of the diplomatic envoy absolute immunity, The study also recommended that national states respect the diplomatic privileges of Ba'ath, as well as the necessity of granting privileges to them by exempting them from many duties because of its effect on the transfer of the positive image of the national state.
