Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى الريادة الاستراتيجية وعلاقتها بالإبداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة العاصمة عمان من وجهة نظر مساعدي المديرين، و لتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، و تم تطوير أداتين للدراسة، و هما : أداة الريادة الاستراتيجية، وأداة الإبداع الإداري، و تم التأكد من صدقهما و ثباتهما، و قد تم تحديد عينة عنقودية عشوائية تتألف من أربع ألوية، و هي : الواء قصبة عمان، ولواء الجامعة، و لواء ماركا، و لواء القويسمة )، إذ تكونت عينة الدراسة من ( 169 ) مساعدا و مساعدة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية.
و قد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة العاصمة عمان للريادة الاستراتيجية كانت مرتفعة، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي للدرجة الكلية ( 3.74 )، و أن مستوى الإبداع الإداري لديهم كان مرتفعا بمتوسط حسابي ( 3.69 )، كما تبين وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة العاصمة للريادة الاستراتيجية و مستوى الإبداع الإداري لديهم إذ بلغ معامل الارتباط ( 0.91 ) و أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابة أفراد عينة الدراسة الدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة العاصمة عمان للريادة الاستراتيجية تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، و المؤهل العلمي، و سنوات الخدمة و كما أنه لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابة أفراد عينة الدراسة لمستوى الإبداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة العاصمة عمان تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس و المؤهل العلمي، و سنوات الخدمة.
و أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز ممارسات الريادة الاستراتيجية كأداة لتوجيه قادة المدارس المواجهة التحديات و إدارة الازمات و استثمار الفرص لتحقيق ميزة تنافسية للمؤسسة التعليمية، كما أوصت الدراسة بتشجيع مديري المدارس على تبني الأساليب الإدارية الحديثة و الأفكار الإبداعية الخلاقة للنهوض بجودة المخرجات التعليمية.
English Abstract
This study aimed to identify the strategic entrepreneurship and its relationship of administrative creativity of public secondary school principals in Amman governorate from principal’s assistants point of view.
To achieve the objective of the study the researcher used the descriptive correlation survey method and developed two tools: strategic entrepreneurship questionnaire, and administrative creativity questionnaire and it was verified and validated.
A random cluster sample consisting of four districts have been identified, namely (the Kasbah district, the university district, the Marka district, and the Qweismeh district).
The study sample consisted of (169) assistants, they were chosen by the stratified random method.
The results of the study revealed that the degree of public secondary school principals in the Capital Governorate for strategic entrepreneurship was high.
The level of administrative creativity of public secondary school principals in Amman governorate was also high.
Furthermore, there is a positive correlation relationship with statistical significance between the degree of public secondary school principals in the Capital Governorate for strategic entrepreneurship and their level of administrative creativity.
The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the response of the members of the study sample to degree of public secondary school principals in the Capital Governorate for strategic entrepreneurship due to the gender, educational qualification, and years of service variables.
Moreover, there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the response of the individuals of the study sample to the level of administrative creativity of public secondary school principals in Amman governorate due to the gender, educational qualification, and years of service variables.
The study recommended the necessity of stregthening the strategic leadership practices as a tool to guide school leaders to face challenges and invest opportunities to acheive competitive advatage for the educational institutions.
The study also recommended encouraging school principles to adopt modern management methods and creative ideas to advance the level of educational outcomes.
