Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف مستوى الضغوط النفسية و علاقتها بالالتزام الوظيفي لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة مأدبا من وجهة نظر المعلمين.

و قد أتبع منهج البحث الوصفي الارتباطي، و تم جمع البيانات من خلال تطوير استبادتين، الاستبادة الأولى تقيس درجة الضغوط النفسية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة مأدبا تكونت من ( 44 ) فقرة موزعة على خمسة أبعاد و هي ( بيئة العمل، ضغوط المرؤوسين، ضغوط الطلبة و الأهل، ضغوط المجتمع المحلي، ضغوط شخصية )، و الاستبانة الثانية تقيس الالتزام الوظيفي لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة مأدبا، و تضمدت (30) فقرة، و تم التحقق من صدقهما و ثباتهما، إذ تم تطبيقهما على عيدة مكونة من ( 302 ) معلما و معلمة أختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية.

و أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة مأدبا كان متوسطا من وجهة نظر المعلمين.

و أن هناك فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس و لصالح الذكور، و لمتغير سنوات الخدمة في بعد ضغوط المرؤوسين ) و لصالح من كانت خدمتهم ( 10 سنوات فأكثر )، و في بعد ( ضغوط المجتمع المحلي ) و لصالح من كانت خدمتهم ( 5 ) سنوات إلى أقل من 10 سنوات ).

و لم تكن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغير المؤهل العلمي.

و أظهرت النتائج أن درجة الالتزام الوظيفي لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة مأدبا كانت متوسطة من وجهة نظر المعلمين.

و كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدرجة الالتزام الوظيفي للمديرين تعزى لمتغير الجنس و لصالح الإناث، و لمتغير سنوات الخدمة و لصالح من كانت خبرتهم ( من 10 سنوات فأكثر )، و لمتغير المؤهل العلمي و لصالح الدراسات العليا، و أظهرت النتائج أيضا وجود علاقة ارتباطية عكسية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى الضغوط النفسية و درجة الالتزام الوظيفي للمديرين، و في ضوء هذه النتائج تم التوصية بما يأتي : ضرورة قيام وزارة التربية و التعليم بعقد دورات تدريبية لمديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة مأدبا عن كيفية التعامل مع الضغوط النفسية التي تواجههم في حياتهم المدرسية.

تنمية الالتزام الوظيفي لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة مأدبا من خلال العمل على توفير بيئة تنظيمية تشجع هذا الالتزام

English Abstract

This study aimed at finding out the level of physiological stress and their relationship to the job commitment among public secondary school principals in Madaba governorate from teachers' point view.

The descriptive- correlational methodology was used in this study.

The data was collected through two questionnaires, The first questionnaire measures the degree of psychological stress among the principals of government secondary schools in the Madaba governorate.

It consisted of (44) items distributed in five dimensions, namely: (work environment, pressure from the principals, students and parents pressure, community pressure, personal pressure), and the second questionnaire measures job commitment The principals of the government secondary schools in Madaba governorate, and the activities are (30) items.

developed, and their validity and reliability were verified.

As they were applied to a sample of (302) male and female teachers, chosen by the stratified random method.

The findings of the study showed that the level of physiological stress among public secondary school principals in Madaba Governorate was medium from teacher's point of view.

There were significant differences in psychological stress attributed to sex variable in favor of the mails, and to the years of service in (subordinates' stress) domain in favor of (10 years and more) category and in (community's' stress) domain in favor of (5 yearsless than 10 years) category.

There were no significant differences attributed to academic qualification variable.

And that the degree of job commitment of public secondary school principals in Madaba Governorate was medium from teachers' point of view.

There were significant differences in the degree of job commitment of principals attributed to sex variable in favor of the female teachers, to the year of service in favor of (10 years and more) category, and to academic qualification variable in favor of Graduate Studies.

The findings also showed a negative correlation relationship between the level of physiological stress and the degree of job Commitment for principals.

In light of these Findings, the researchers recommended the following: 1- The need for the Ministry of Education to hold training courses for public secondary schools principals in Madaba Governorate on how to deal with physiological stress facing them in their school life.

2- Developing a job commitment for public secondary school principals in Madaba Governorate that encourages this commitment.
