Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة تعرف درجة إدارة المعرفة وعلاقتها بقيادة التميز لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة العاصمة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين تكون مجتمع الدراسة من المعلمين و المعلمات في محافظة العاصمة عمان و بلغ ( 2464 ) معلما و معلمة، و تكونت العينة من ( 335 ) معلما ومعلمة في الواء قصبة عمان لواء الجامعة لواء القويسمة )، واتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي و استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة تكونت من ( 35 ) فقرة لأداة إدارة المعرفة موزعة على أربع مجالات و ( 32 ) فقرة لأداة قيادة التميز موزعة على أربعة مجالات.

و أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تطبيق إدارة المعرفة لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة العاصمة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، كما و أسفرت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات استجابة أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة تطبيق إدارة المعرفة لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية تعزى لمتغيري الجنس و المؤهل العلمي، و وجود فروق دالة بين أفراد عينة الدراسة تبغا لسنوات الخبرة لصالح من كانت خيرته أكثر من ( 10 ) سنوات، كما أن مستوى قيادة التميز لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة العاصمة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة و لا يوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات الاستجابة المستوى ممارسة مجالات قيادة التميز لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة العاصمة تعزى المتغير الجنس والمؤهل العلمي، و وجود فروق في الخبرة لصالح من كانت خبرته أكثر من ( 10 ) سنوات، و وجود علاقة إرتباطية إيجابية بين درجة تطبيق إدارة المعرفة ومستوى قيادة التميز لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية.

و أوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها : العمل على تشكيل فرق خاصة لإدارة المعرفة من مديري المدارس في المدارس الحكومية، و الإستبانه بمتخصصين في حقل التربوية خاص بإدارة المعرفة للإفادة من خبراتهم في تطوير العمليات المعرفية.

English Abstract

The study aimed at identifying the degree of knowledge management and its relationship to leading excellence among public secondary school principals in the capital Amman from the teachers' point of view, The study population consisted of teachers (male and female) in the capital Amman (alqasaba area, university area, and alquisma area), reached (2464) teachers, and applied on (335) teachers.

The questionnaire was used as a study's tool and consisted of two tools, the first tool was a knowledge management tool consisting of (35) paragraphs distributed, and the second tool was a leading excellence tool consisting of (32) paragraphs distributed on four domains.

The results of the study showed that the degree of the knowledge management for the public secondary school principals in the capital Amman from the teachers' point of view came medium.

The results also showed that there aren't statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between the averages of the individuals' response of the study sample to the degree of knowledge management among public school principals due to the gender variable and the educational qualification, and there are significant differences between the members of the study's sample due to the years of experience in favor of those whose their experience was more than (10) years, The results also showed that the level of leading excellence among the public secondary school principals in the capital Amman from the teachers’ point of view came very high, and there aren’t statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) due to the gender variable to The level of practicing the leading excellence among public school principals in the capital due to to the gender variable and the educational qualification, and there are differences in the experience in favor of those whose their experience was more than (10) years, Where the arithmetic mean for their responses was higher, and there is a strong correlation between the degree of the knowledge management and the level of leading excellence among public secondary school principals.

The study recommended that Work to form special knowledge management teams from distinguished laboratories in government schools, and appoint specialists in the field of educational sciences for knowledge management to benefit from their experiences in developing knowledge processes.
