هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف المعوقات التي تواجه معلمي الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى بمحافظة جرش في تنفيذ منهاج اللغة العربية من وجهة نظرهم، و مدى تأثر تقديراتهم لها بمتغيرات الجنس، و المؤهل العلمي، و سنوات الخبرة، مستخدمة المنهج الوصفي، عبر استبانة تألفت من ( 49 ) فقرة وزعت على ( 7 ) مجالات أما عينتها فكانت عينة عشوائية بسيطة لتمثيل متغيرات الدراسة، و تألفت من ( 226 ) معلما و معلمة، بواقع ( 44 ) معلما، و ( 182 ) معلمة، أي ما نسبته ( 43.7% ) تقريبا من المجتمع.
أظهرت النتائج أن المعلمين يواجهون المعوقات بدرجة متوسطة، بمتوسط حسابي بلغ ( 3.06 )، و انحراف معياري قدره ( 667 )، و وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة ( 0.05 ) تعزى لمتغير الجنس في جميع المجالات، و في الدرجة الكلية، و جاءت الفروق لصالح الذكور، كما توصلت إلى عدم وجود فروق تعزى لأثر المؤهل العلمي في جميع المجالات، و عدم وجود فروق تعزى لأثر سنوات الخبرة في جميع المجالات و في الدرجة الكلية باستثناء مجالي : الأهداف والمحتوى، و جاءت الفروق لصالح فئة من ( 5-10 ) فيهما.
وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت جملة من التوصيات منها وضع توجهات عامة تركز على أن تكون اللغة العربية الفصيحة، المفعلة و المستعملة للتخلص من الازدواجية اللغوية، التي تعوق تنفيذ منهاج اللغة هي العربية.
English Abstract
The study aimed to identify the obstacles facing teachers of the first three grades in Jerash Governorate in implementing Arabic language curriculum from their point of view, and the extent to which their assessments were influenced by gender variations, educational qualifications and years of experience, using the descriptive approach, through a questionnaire consisting of (57) paragraphs, distributed on (7) Domains.
The sample of the study was a simple random sample .It consisted of (226) male and female teachers, with (44) male and (182) male teachers, or approximately (43.7%) of the society.
The results showed that teachers face obstacles at an average degree, with an average score of (3.06), and a standard deviation of (667).
There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α= 0.05) attributed to the effect of gender in all areas, and in the overall degree, differences came In favor of males, I also found that there are no differences due to the effect of the educational qualification in all fields, And the absence of differences attributable to the impact of years of experience in all fields and in the overall degree, except for two areas: objectives and content, and differences came in favor of a category of (5-10) in them.
In the light of the results, a number of recommendations were presented, including setting general directions that focus on the eloquent and effective Arabic language being used to eliminate linguistic duplication, which hinders the implementation of the Arabic language curriculum.
