The quality of human resources in our time requires people who are academically and practically qualified to succeed in work.

However, the reality is that academic training is the most widespread compared to field training, especially in some scientific disciplines such as humanities and social sciences.

The fact that makes the student graduated from these two disciplines less experienced; especially if he did not do any scientific training during the period of university studies.

In this respect academic training and successful fieldwork for students in the humanities and social sciences are of great importance in enhancing the level of graduates in these two disciplines.
