Shafi'yya and Hanabila are in favour of the right to annul in business transactions before thetwo parties separate.

They believe that any of the two bond parties has the right to anuul so long asthey have not separated.

If they separate, this right is no longer valid.

This right keeps valid so longas they are in the same setting.

Hanafiyya and Malikiyya deny this right.

They believe that any of the two bond parties has nothe right to anuul as soon as they declare their acceptance of the bond conditions as these conditionsare mandatory.
