This research aims to identify the effect of the Antostel model in the acquisition of psychological concepts and motivation for achievement in the fifth grade literary students, The researcher followed the experimental design of the type of equal sets of partial adjustment with pre-test and post-test of the motive of achievement.

, the sample was formed of (60) students, and the 30 (30) students in the experimental group and 30 students in the control group, (10) concepts, and in the light of which the researcher prepared the behavioral goals which reached (30) behavioral goals in the light of the three processes to acquire the concept (Definition, highlighting, application) (30) teaching plans were prepared for each of the two groups.

The goal of the research was to prepare two tests for the acquisition of psychological concepts.

The test consisted of (30) test paragraphs of the multiple choice type, The researcher began applying the research experience to the two groups of research.

The experiment continued with a full semester.

The concept acquisition test and the achievement motivation measure were applied after the end of the experiment that lasted for one academic year.

There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average score of the experimental group and the average score of the control group students in the test of psychological concepts and for the benefit of the experimental group.

There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group and the average score of the control group students in the measure of achievement motivation for the experimental group.

In the light of the results, the researcher developed a set of conclusions, recommendations and proposals
