The problem of research at the beginning is a question in the mind of the researcher is (What is the relation of the climate in the productivity of cows and breeding) and show a set of questions and secondary problems that fall within the main problem ) A- Does the climate have a relationship with diseases affecting cows and cause damage to their productivity for meat and milk B.What is the effect of the climate on the geographical distribution of cattle in Babil Governorate.

The research aims to : 1- knowledge of the impact of the climate and its various components on animal production of cattle.

2- Determining the types of diseases that affect cows because of elements of the climate.

3- Identification of means that reduce the impact of climate on animal production of cattle.

4- urging the hybridization of good types of cows, milk and meat.

5- Reducing the phenomenon of unjust slaughter by butchers.

The main conclusions were : 1- Lack of the impact of climate spatial variation in the reality of animal wealth in the province of Babylon and the similarity of their climatic conditions, especially the circumstance of the heat and the relative rainfall and humidity, which instead of the adequacy of surface water in the study area 2- Variation of the type of soil between the areas of the shoulders of the rivers and river basins to determine their powers of agricultural production so that the areas of the ponds areas of the appropriate breeding livestock provide adequate food in the crops of barley and alfalfa and rice residues and the same type of maize 3-The specialization of animal production has been confirmed in the study area, but there has been diversity despite the existence of population variation in the administrative units between the preparation of these animals
