The business world today known radical changes represented in the knowledge revolution applied, to organizations the passage of the quantitative production to the production of knowledge-based human resources, which has led organizations to abandon the classical models and the search for a new paradigm through which it seeks to adapt with rapid changes and challenges imposed by the demands of globalization and competition, therefore, organizations are turning to the model of learning organizations that become more extensive processing in organizational life, after that learning and knowledge have become the main sources for acquiring a sustainable competitive advantage.
