The study attempts to shed light on the recent practices and projects of exclusion, which are innovative and innovative alternatives to traditional solutions in the fate of excluded books, and combines the practices and initiatives of several libraries, including recycling, free and free libraries and green and reuse of books excluded in architectural and artistic works, In the field, the survey is conducted through interviews with the directors and staff of a sample of university libraries in the Algerian center to collect information on the viewpoint of the bureaux and their recommendations to improve the exclusion procedures in the libraries.
