The research is targeting the open-mindness of universities' students.

The universities of Babylon and Al-Mustansiryah.

The students were from the scientific and humanities colleges and of both sexes (males and females).

The researcher has viewed various scales related to topic of the research and decided to adopt (West and stanovich 1997) scal after translating and revising it in addition to adopting Rokeach Theory since the scale was built on it After using the appropriate statistical methouds, the researcher found that the university students have low level of open0mindedness.
