Cognitive bias of teachers.

.Statistical significance differences in the correlation between Cognitive Bias and Personal Responsibility, depending on the sex variables (males, females) and the qualification (Diploma - Bachelor and above).
.The correlation between Cognitive bias and personal responsibility.
In order to achieve these objectives, a sample of teachers from the Baghdad Education Directorate ( ) was selected, distributed among ( ) directorates for the ( - ) academic year.
They were chosen by random stratified method.
The reasrchers adopted a measure of cognitive bias prepared by Al-Ani ( ) and consists of ( ) a report under which ( ) alternatives are available, while the researchers also constructed the personal responsibility measure based on the definition of Glasser ( ).
After extracting the psychometric characteristics of the two measures, the measurement of the cognitive bias is final ( ) paragraph, While the measure of personal responsibility in its final form of ( ) paragraph, and after the application of the two tools on the research sample it became clear that the research sample is characterized by cognitive bias.
The research sample has personal responsibility.
The results also showed There is a correlation between the variable of cognitive bias and the variable of personal responsibility of ( ), There were also no statistically significant differences in cognitive bias and personal responsibility according to gender variables and academic achievement at ( ).
The result of the research is a list of recommendations, And proposals.
