Abstract EN

The present research deals with showing the important criteria and regulations that lead to the understanding of Hadith precisely.

This awareness has a considerable role in forming a proper Islamic culture for Moslems.

Thus, it is essential to inspect the source of Hadith as a first step for understanding, which is discussed in the first part of the research.

This part also discusses the issues that contribute to the source of Hadith and its comprehension in relation to Quran and Sunna.

The study also focuses on a number of rules that help conceptualize Hadith and its intended meaning.

Accordingly, it is not enough to have a look at the superficial structure of the saying.

Finally, it is equally important to recognize the truth of the topic from the rhetorical level of saying it.

These matters make the second part of the study.
