Abstract EN

The current research aims to Study the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment with the staff of Mustansiriyah university by identifying the job satisfaction and organization commitment of the staff of the university, has been using a measure of job satisfaction, which consists of (30) items, as well as a measure of organizational commitment, which consists of (20) items, was to make sure of their psychometric characters.

according to a randomly selected sample number of its members (100) male and female employees, the results showed that there is job satisfaction of the sample as well as the organization commitment and that there is a correlation function is positive between job satisfaction and organization commitment, and in the light of the result was presented a number of recommendation and suggestion.
