يتناول البحث تبيان مركز كل من القاضي و المحامي تجاه احدهما للأخر و دور كل منهما في تحقيق العدالة و أهميتهما في المجتمع فيركز البحث على الأخلاقية الواجبة في الأداء بالنسبة للمحامي تجاه نفسه أو تجاه موكله أو تجاه القاضي و ما يفرضه الواقع الأخلاقي في هذا المجال.
Abstract EN
This research deals with the role of both of the judge and the lawyer toward each other as well as their respective roles in achieving justice which is important for the community.
The research focuses on the ethical performance that imposed by the moral reality and therefore required from lawyer to himself, his client, and to the judge.
