The study examined the role of service encounter to enhancing citizenship customer behavior among clients of the Bank of Commerce & Development in Benghazi.

The study targeted a convenience sample of 114 clients.

The results showed that there is a high level of service encounter and an average amount of citizenship customer behavior, and a correlation has emerged between The variables of service encounter and citizenship customer behavior at the Bank of Commerce & Development in Benghazi, and the results did not show any significant differences for the respondents' opinions on the research variables due to the demographic variables.
