The increase in the number of pupils in all schools in the province of Babylon in general and the area of Hamzah West in particular due to the growing population as well as the urban development in the region, so the educational services, including primary problems and obstacles contributed to the reduction of the educational level of students, The study of the reality of the primary education service to identify the problems diagnosed and try to address or reduce them as this research included three axes, the first axis to address the reality of the primary education service in the study area and examine the geographical distribution of the primary teacher and The second axis dealt with the efficiency of the planning standards of the primary schools to determine the efficiency of the preparation of schools for the number of pupils and the preparation of pupils for the numbers of the population as well as the preparation of teachers for students and the environment (attended - Rural), while the third axis to stand on the challenges and problems facing primary education in the study area and ways to address them
